On September 26, at the South Africa Pavilion of the FLY3 Cross-Border (Zero Tariff) Experience Center in Sanya City, Hainan Province, a woman was photographing specialty products. According to reports, the center is building an offline experiential space dubbed the "Never-Ending Consumer Expo Fair," aiming to sustain and amplify the spillover effects of the China International Consumer Products Expo (CICPE). By integrating physical offline venues with online digital platforms, it seeks to gradually realize a year-round "365-day Consumer Expo" model.
